The heart of life is tender yet fierce, infinitely powerful and infinitely subtle. It is everything and nothing — it is the greatest mystery. One thing that is certain: all hearts long to awaken to the Truth it holds.
Our Mentorships
SST Mentorships invite you to step into a dynamic field of consciousness, where the heart is centered as the source of guidance and illumination. Each meeting is fluid — we will explore the main pillars of Tantric Yoga, while always leaving room for what spontaneously and naturally arises in the moment.
The overarching theme is one of deepening your relationship to the Mystic Heart, the infinite field of enlightenment that lives within. The practices we teach are potent esoteric yoga techniques that have served as vessels of self-realization for countless Yogis. Yet, these are all shared within the underlying context of Mahamudra, the natural and spontaneous state of enlightenment that is both within and beyond all practices.
Meetings include a blend of Yogic transmissions, personalized teachings and support, satsang, Tantric Touch, guided meditation, initiation into esoteric practices and mantras, and Devi Empowerments.
The journey we offer is for those seeking an authentic and deep dive into their path of awakening, those seeking to know Reality no matter what it takes, no matter what has to break down in order for true harmony to arise. Mantra
The sound form of the Goddess that awakens her essence, reveals her reality, and retunes us to the universal vibration.
Pranayama
Conscious breath practices that move energy in the subtle body, allowing us to harmonize ourselves with the mystic heart.
Devi Bhakti
Cultivating love and opening the heart devotionally to the Goddess as a personal deity, as our inner kundalini, and as the Absolute.
The Yoga of Life
Integration between spiritual practice and everyday reality through contemplation and awareness techniques that help us make life a meditation.

Harnessing and alchemizing the sexual life force to come into contact with our True nature.

Our Style
We approach mentorship through an open-hearted and modern lens that is feminine-centric and holds total harmony between body and spirit, human and divine, light and dark, as its core tenant.
In Vedic astrology, we both share the same moon sign, Mula, which is associated with getting to the root of things and initiating one into the mature stages of the spiritual path. We are uncompromisingly honest and clear, yet tender and nurturing, and find great joy in opening our hearts to support yours.
We love these immersions as they are deeply personal and give us the space to work together intimately as you discover the infinite beauty of the Mystic Heart within.
We meet weekly for an average of 2 hours, and like to keep in touch between sessions. The exchange is $3600 a month, available online or in person in Miami Beach, Florida. The first step in initiating a mentorship is to meet on a call. We look forward to connecting with you soon!
